Job Summary
Conduct periodic inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs, executing preventive and corrective repairs for low to medium complexity. Perform small electrical, hydraulic, and structural fixes including painting, plastering, carpentry, and finishing work on walls, floors, and fixtures. Manage basic electrical tasks like replacing bulbs and outlets, while handling plumbing components such as faucets and valves. Support property preparation for leasing or sale, and assist in move-in/out inspections by identifying repair requirements. Monitor third-party contractors, track material usage, maintain organized workspaces, and ensure safety compliance with PPE. Travel between Group properties as needed to fulfill maintenance duties.
