Job Summary
Manufacturing Warehouse Associate responsible for supporting warehouse and production operations by receiving, storing, moving, and shipping materials and finished goods. Ensures accurate inventory control, timely material handling, and a safe, organized work environment within a manufacturing facility. Key duties include receiving materials, loading/unloading trucks, picking/packing orders, moving raw materials and finished products, maintaining inventory records, inspecting shipments for damage, labeling and storing inventory, delivering materials to workstations, operating warehouse equipment safely, and completing shipping/receiving documentation. Requires attention to detail, teamwork, time management, safety awareness, and dependability. Schedule is Monday–Friday with overtime; starting pay is $18/hour with rate increases on conversion.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification preferred
- Basic computer and inventory system knowledge
- Ability to read shipping documents and work orders
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
