Job Summary
Operate all plant equipment within the manufacturing process and perform administrative roles while providing operational support for short-term staffing needs. Prepare, analyze, and interpret operational reports and participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned. Complete a structured training program under the guidance of an experienced Plant Manager to develop future plant leadership skills. The role requires relocation within 18-24 months and involves exposure to varying weather conditions and industrial materials. Required Qualifications
- Willingness and ability to relocate upon successful completion of the training program (typically 18-24 months)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical degree required
