Job Summary
Operate all plant equipment within the manufacturing process and perform both plant and administrative roles while filling in for short-term staffing needs. Analyze and interpret operational reports to support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned. Participate in a structured training program under the guidance of an experienced Plant Manager to develop future plant leadership. This role requires relocation upon completion of the 18-24 month training program. The position involves exposure to varying weather conditions, industrial materials, and strict quality standards, with a Bachelor's degree and prior manufacturing experience preferred.
