Job Summary
Lead and develop a multi-site OJT team to ignite operator readiness across KMM's manufacturing programs in Dickinson and Kerrville. Set hands-on training strategy, standardize methods, and ensure certification records align with AS9100D, IPC/WHMA-A-620, and customer requirements. Track effectiveness using FPY, scrap, rework, and cycle-time metrics while driving continuous improvement in skills matrices and qualification workflows. Partner with the LMS & Onboarding Lead to ensure accurate, timely training documentation and maintain audit-readiness. Scan daily training demand to tune focus based on floor numbers and operator needs, providing real-time guidance on interpreting customer documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in regulated manufacturing with progression into leadership/training
- Proven technical coaching/instruction for hands-on production work
- Strong QMS discipline, documentation control, and risk-based thinking
- Ability to interpret drawings, specs, and controlled work instructions
- Pre-employment drug screen required
