Job Summary
Create, streamline, and maintain technical training programs from onboarding new hires through to upskilling. Collaborate with the Instructional Design team to ensure all job aids and e-Content are up to date and add value to learners. Work closely with operations managers, quality teams, and stakeholders to align advanced and introductory training with evolving business needs. Support the mentor program to ensure role success for both new and upskilled technicians. Ensure ongoing support for weekend shifts for all Provo staff.
