Manufacturing Testing Engineer

Job Summary
As a Manufacturing Test Engineer, your key responsibilities include designing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing test systems for complex electronic products. You will develop automated test programs, implement scalable test architectures, and ensure product quality while collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams. This role also involves conducting root cause analysis for test failures, supporting new product introductions, and providing hands-on manufacturing support to technicians. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 5–7+ years of relevant experience are required, along with strong problem-solving skills and experience with automated test systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or related field
- 5–7+ years of experience in PCBA and/or system-level manufacturing environments
- Strong hands-on experience with manufacturing test systems and troubleshooting
- Experience with automated test development and test equipment integration
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with hardware/software integration testing
- Familiarity with test frameworks, scripting, and automation tools
- Experience working with contract manufacturers and global production environments
- Knowledge of quality and reliability methodologies (e.g., root cause analysis, DFx)
- Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing and product ramp
