Job Summary
Supervise ISO compliant manufacturing and cost-effective production of specific products or sub-products while managing a single department and two or more direct reports. Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply, then plan and administer procedures for assigned areas. Develop manpower requirements and exercise judgment within defined policies to solve moderate-scope problems, interacting daily with subordinates and functional peer groups to exchange factual information. Ensure divisional practices comply with company requirements and meet current ISO standards through ongoing quality control, fall-out, and audits.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in a dynamic and team-oriented work environment
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook E-mail
- Good communication and organizational skills
- A minimum of four years related experience in manufacturing or semiconductor

- High School diploma or equivalent
