Job Summary
Manufacturing Test Engineer for RF Systems responsible for hardware and test-system troubleshooting, designing and reviewing test fixtures and scripts, and supporting acceptance testing of Shop Replaceable Units and payload-level testing for RF/EW systems. You will collaborate with Electrical Design, Software/Firmware, Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and other stakeholders to meet testing requirements, maintain/test procedures, and drive continuous improvement. Requires RF/test equipment experience, the ability to read schematics/drawings, and DoD clearance with U.S. Citizenship; on-site role in Rolling Meadows, IL with ~10% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical and/or Computer Engineering or related STEM field OR Master's degree in equivalent fields
- Experience with RF test equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, power supplies, network analyzers)
- Experience generating or reading/interpreting schematics/drawings/specifications
- Active DoD Security Clearance
- U.S. Citizenship required
