Job Summary
Manufacturing Test Engineer III will partner with multi-functional engineering teams to develop and maintain robust manufacturing test strategies and automated test scripts using C/C++/Python/LabVIEW. Responsibilities include collaborating with the EOL test development team, writing test plans, leading test coverage, building and deploying test platforms for manufacturing partners, analyzing yield issues and field escapes, supporting high-volume data collection to identify key metrics, handling ECR/ECO processes, and contributing to hardware-fixturing and instrumentation development. The role requires experience in IQC/IPQC/FQC and FATP testing, strong troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with Android/Windows programming and LabVIEW, with English fluency and proficiency in Jira/Confluence.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on, product-specific manufacturing test development and execution required (NPI to MP)
- Extensive background in high-volume manufacturing test development for consumer products
- Scripting languages proficiency: C/C++/Python/LabVIEW
- Experience with manufacturing test hardware fixturing and instrumentation
- Experience with control systems (motors, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanic)
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, CAD/CAM (LabVIEW preferred)
