Job Summary
Lead acquisition of new test equipment through statements of work, RFQs, and supplier nominations while ensuring compliance with industrialization timing. Develop and optimize test software and programs for functional and electrical tests, then cooperate with the manufacturing location to install, debug, and release this equipment. Establish documentation, provide training, and ensure compliance with product quality, functional safety, cybersecurity, and customer requirements. Facilitate test coverage analysis and collaborate with the manufacturing team to support flawless launches using tools like P-FMEA and Six Sigma. Requires a Bachelor's in Electrical or Computer Engineering, proficiency in C/C++/Python, and experience with National Instruments TestStand and LabVIEW. Fluent in Polish and business English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Strong software development skills, particularly in programming languages such as C, C++, or Python
- Experience with test automation platforms, ideally National Instruments TestStand and LabVIEW
- Solid understanding of electronic measurement devices and test equipment
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of mechanical design for test fixtures and setups
- Initial experience in project management with a structured and organized work approach
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including hands-on experience in software debugging
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a global, cross-functional environment
- Fluent in Polish and business English
