Job Summary
Implement new formulations and processes into manufacturing operations while optimizing curing techniques and slitting to meet product specifications. Analyze and evaluate current manufacture processes to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality enhancement. Provide technical expertise to production teams for troubleshooting process issues, resolving equipment failures, and addressing quality concerns. Collaborate with research and development, engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to ensure alignment of manufacture processes with business objectives. Maintain accurate records of process parameters and test results, preparing regular reports to communicate performance and progress. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety protocols governing manufacture processes.
Required Qualifications
- Master degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical or related field
- 5+ years' experience in manufacturing or process engineering
- Expertise in dry film or FCCL technology
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to filtration, web handling, coating and slitting process
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical methods for process optimization
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Ability to present technical information clearly and concisely
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good English communication capability
