Job Summary
Create and maintain training materials, document escalation pathways, and curate internal knowledge to support long-term user adoption for factory applications including the Manufacturing Execution System and Fault Detection Control tools. Lead recurring training sessions, partner with cross-functional teams to identify workflow improvements, and serve as the consistent point of contact between the group and fab-floor stakeholders. Introduce new interfaces to the production environment through hands-on training and guided adoption, while collaborating with Facilities to implement physical elements such as tablet mounting and workstation positioning. This role shifts into a sustainment and continuous improvement function as system deployments mature within the 24/7 high-mix semiconductor foundry in Andover, MA.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen
- A University Degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 5 years prior relevant experience
- An Advanced Degree in a related Experience
- Experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, System Engineering, and/or Manufacturing Technology
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with manufacturing environments
