Job Summary
Prepare, setup, and produce quality culture media while cleaning production areas and equipment. Maintain meticulous attention to detail by following verbal and written documents including safety rules, operating instructions, batch records, and procedure manuals. This entry-level role requires lifting 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and standing throughout the entire shift. Hardy Diagnostics trains motivated self-starters with some science knowledge, offering profit-sharing and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan where employees eventually become owners.
Required Qualifications
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to read and diligently follow verbal and written documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, batch records, and procedure manuals
- Some knowledge of science
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds
- Must be able to climb a ladder
- Must be able to stand throughout the entire shift (excluding breaks)
