Job Summary
Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot complex equipment to ensure production meets all area requirements. Collaborate with engineers on set-up, calibration tasks, and performing rework and quality testing for parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. Apply hands-on electrical experience to diagnose issues with wiring, PCBs, and medical devices using tools like multimeters, while interpreting schematics and work instructions. Requires 2+ years in electro-mechanical troubleshooting, proficiency with soldering and test equipment, and the ability to work independently during the second shift (2:30pm-11:00pm).
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in electro-mechanical troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and work instructions
- Proficiency with hand tools, soldering equipment, and basic electrical/mechanical test equipment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently, follow procedures, and meet quality and production standards
- Must have experience troubleshooting electrical components, working with wiring, PCBs, medical or industrial devices, and using tools such as multimeters
- Understanding of voltage, resistance, and diagnostics
- Hands-on electrical experience
- Second shift hours are 2:30pm-11:00pm
