Job Summary
Conduct production tasks for Hitachi reactors, small lot manufacturing, PD formulation, and polyimide bottling in Class 10,000 and Class 100 cleanrooms. Perform in-process quality control testing for viscosities, moisture, and pH, while auditing equipment cleanliness and fitness for use. Precisely measure, feed, and control materials per batch sheets, SOPs, and SOC, ensuring raw material availability and managing hazardous waste. Input data into SAP/LIMS for cycle counts, material movements, and inventory updates, utilizing statistical process control to maintain ISO compliance. Monitor weights, yields, temperatures, and instrument readings to ensure product consistency and accuracy for shipment. Work rotating 8 to 12-hour shifts in a five or seven-day schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be available to work rotating 8 to 12 hours shifts
- Must be able to do arithmetic, know how to use percentages and decimals
- Must be able to read the instructions pertinent to the job
- Must work safely and efficiently handling of drums and material
- Ability to set up, make adjustments, and properly operate a variety of different types of manufacturing equipment
- Sufficient knowledge and ability in keyboarding skills in order to perform data entry activities into online systems
- Must be able to operate a process control system
- Must be able to operate a fork lift truck or will have the opportunity to be trained to operate a fork lift truck
- Ability to work legally in the United States
