Job Summary
Conduct substrate production operations, equipment calibration, and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal tool performance and system reliability. Collect and evaluate operating data to make online adjustments, troubleshoot issues, and manage spare parts while leading improvement processes for continuous optimization. Monitor equipment data to identify efficiency opportunities, execute experiments with Module Engineering, and maintain training manuals for team certification levels. Participate in safety forums and Emergency Response Team activities to uphold a compliant work environment. Perform physical tasks including lifting parts and ladder work during the 6:00 PM to 6:18 AM Shift 6 schedule on an alternating 3- or 4-day week.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in a STEM field
- High School Diploma/GED or higher plus 1+ year Technical/trade certification
- High School Diploma/GED or higher plus 1.5+ years of hands‐on manufacturing experience
- High School Diploma/GED or higher plus 1.5+ years of military technical experience
- High School Diploma/GED or higher plus 1+ years of experience in equipment maintenance or a closely related technical field
- Shift 6 (start at 6:00 PM, finish at 6:18 AM)
- Alternating 3-Day Work Week (Wed, Thurs, Fri) and 4-Day Work Week (Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat)
- Lift 25-pound parts 1-2 times per shift (on average)
- Climb and perform work on ladders 1-3 times per shift (on average)
- Wear an air respirator, when required, per safety requirements (on average 1 time per shift)
- On-site presence
Desired Qualifications
- 6+ months of prior experience in the following areas: Electronics equipment troubleshooting, installation repair and operation of semiconductor manufacturing technology
- ERT training and certification
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM degree
