Job Summary
Manufacturing Technician responsible for setting up and operating equipment to mix or blend raw materials for dietary supplement products, following batch records and formulation standards, discharging materials, operating and cleaning equipment, and maintaining cGMP/SOP-compliant practices. Training Cell progression and potential First-Year Retention Bonus are available for eligible full-time employees.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Able to follow SOPs, GMPs, and Batch Records
- Able to follow directions and communicate information both written and verbally
- Able to use basic math calculations and operate a calculator
- Able to disassemble and reassemble equipment
- Willing to work in a warehouse environment with PPE
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively and handle 100-pound drums occasionally
- SOPs, GMPs, and Batch Records familiarity
- Team-oriented collaboration
