Manufacturing Technician – Level 1/2

Manufacturing Technician – Level 1 or Level 2 responsible for hands-on manufacturing of composite rocket cases, including tooling assembly/disassembly, case surface preparation, winding composite equipment operation, maintaining cleanliness, and executing duties per supervisor. Must work as part of a team to support safety, quality, cost, and schedule; shift options include day, night, and weekend rotations with overtime as needed. Requires reading blueprints, basic math/measurement, ability to operate industrial equipment (bridges cranes, forklifts), and safe handling of materials and hazardous waste. Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and comply with stringent procedures; preferred qualification includes an Associate degree or Technical Certificate related to composite material.
