Job Summary
Manufacturing Technician role in Marlton, NJ, performing metallographic analysis and hands-on lab tasks to support implantable cardiac devices. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining metallographic lab equipment, preparing cross-sections, cutting, mounting, grinding, polishing, running sandblasting and polishing machines, supporting DOE experiments and process optimization, performing manual and semi-automatic assembly tasks, monitoring casting and surface treatments, documenting production data, and ensuring GMP compliance. Requires metallography/metallographic lab techniques training and prior lab experience; must have current U.S. work authorization and no visa sponsorship available. Salary $100,000–$115,000 base with strong benefits and annual bonus eligibility.
