Manufacturing Technician IV

Manufacturing Technician IV responsible for executing and autonomously leading complex aseptic manufacturing activities, batch production, and continuous improvement tasks in compliance with cGMP, AEMPS, and FDA standards under supervision. Performs skilled production duties, adheres to safety programs, ensures production schedules are met, identifies opportunities for process improvements, and collaborates across departments. Demonstrates attention to detail, supports and inspires colleagues, participates in equipment qualification and CAPA investigations, maintains SOPs and production records, manages material dispensing and cleaning related to manufacturing, and contributes to regulatory inspections. Requires formal training generally around 5 years and experience with aseptic techniques, sterile processing, sterilization procedures, and documentation of batch records. Leads or supports various degree A/B/C/D process activities and supervises junior technicians as needed.
