Job Summary
Manufacturing Technician III on the night shift performing operation of automated inspection equipment, visual/cosmetic/physical inspection, line clearances, and preventive maintenance; responsible for batch-record entries, data collection, and supporting improvement activities (5S, Kaizen). Must obtain and maintain visual inspection qualification, operate equipment, use material handling equipment (pallet jacks), maintain a cGMP environment, and have knowledge of SAP inventory movements and CMMS. Training to become a certified trainer is available; strong emphasis on safety procedures, PPE, LOTO, and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or vocational school graduate or equivalent
- Experience in industrial maintenance
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Ability to keep accurate records and perform mathematical calculations
- Familiarity with GMP/CGMP environments and batch records
