Job Summary
Manufacturing Technician III who operates and supports complex, high-precision equipment; leads complex setups/changeovers; diagnoses mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues; performs advanced maintenance and supports predictive/preventive maintenance; analyzes quality, scrap, downtime, and OEE data; participates in root cause investigations and corrective actions; optimizes processes for safety, quality, throughput, and cost; serves as a technical expert during equipment failures or quality events; mentors technicians; supports new product introductions, equipment installations, and process validations; works 10-hour shifts in a maintenance environment with exposure to fumes, noise, and extreme temperatures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, or related experience
