Job Summary
Test, troubleshoot, assemble, and rework electronic systems while rotating through all team tasks to manufacture and test electro-mechanical software-based devices. Provide work direction to assemblers, perform checklist duties and database transactions, and identify assembly issues to suggest improvements. Communicate solutions to teams, tackle production roadblocks independently, and systematically discover root causes. Reinforce compliance with standards and procedures. Requires 3-5 years of electronics experience, associate degree preferred, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Mandatory overtime applies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in the field of electronics design, assembly, or testing
- Skilled in the use of electronic test and measurement equipment or skilled in soldering of electronic components
- Ability to read and accurately follow procedures
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Subject to Mandatory Overtime requirements based on business demands
- Must Be Authorized to work in the United States
