Job Summary
The Manufacturing Technician II performs advanced technical tasks involved in the fabrication and assembly of aerospace structures, focusing on mechanical work using hand tools and inspection equipment. Key responsibilities include operating fabrication equipment, following detailed work instructions and blueprints, conducting inspections, and maintaining documentation. The role requires 2-8 years of manufacturing experience, a high school diploma, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with aerospace materials and Lean Manufacturing practices is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 2–8 years of related manufacturing or assembly experience
- Demonstrated ability to perform technical fabrication and mechanical work
- Strong measurement and mathematical skills, including algebra and geometry
- Familiarity with aerospace materials, tolerances, and specifications
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and Material Management software
Desired Qualifications
- Experience operating fabrication tools and interpreting technical drawings
- Previous experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma

- Legally able to work in the U.S.
- Adhere to OSHA, NADCAP, ISO9000 / AS9100, ITAR, FAA regulations
