Job Summary

Manufacture products that directly impact medical needs and patient care while adhering to strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards in a cleanroom laboratory setting. Collaborate with your team in a fast-paced environment, utilizing production equipment and processes across various facility areas. Perform assigned tasks requiring the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, wear full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including respirators, and handle hazardous materials. Work the third shift from 10:30pm to 7:00am, Monday through Friday, with availability for overtime and flexible shift patterns. Maintain high attention to detail for complex documentation and quality output while supporting critical patient and medical needs at our Grand Island facility.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in a Good Manufacturing Practice environment
  • Experience in manufacturing or related field
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, and move up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to squat, bend, and reach different items
  • Ability to wear all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including work uniform, steel toe shoes, hair net, beard guard (when required), safety glasses, and gloves
  • PPE may also include a bump cap, face shield, and full/half-face respirators
  • Availability to work overtime
  • Availability to work flexible shift patterns
  • Ability to adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards
  • Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed
  • Laboratory Setting
  • Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)
  • Ability to work with hazardous/toxic materials
  • Ability to handle Strong Odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products etc.)

Desired Qualifications

  • Formal training in Lean, 5S, or manufacturing processes
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced work environment
  • General understanding of technical, mechanical, and machinery equipment
  • Strong attention to detail for complex instructions and documentation while maintaining quality output
  • Demonstrated proficiency in multiple processes in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to perform basic math, verbal, written, and oral communication with team
