Job Summary
Prepare Cresco Labs extraction and facilitate product processing in accordance with commonwealth and company standards. Execute quality control testing and procedures to ensure product consistency and efficacy. Perform lab bench work, product filtrations, and prepping and packaging tasks assigned by the Lab Manager. Complete sanitation of all production equipment, tools, and workspaces while maintaining strict personal hygiene and GMP documentation. Monitor and maintain the organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of production areas. Work in various environmental conditions, including colder temperatures, and lift objects up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of experience in a Lab that adheres to strict health and safety policies
- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods during scheduled shifts
- Flexibility to adjust work schedule based on business needs, including occasional weekend shifts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment
- Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications
- Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
- Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future sponsorship at any time
- Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level
Desired Qualifications
- Past experience in a highly regulated field producing pharmaceutical or nutraceutical products preferred
