Job Summary
Confluent Medical Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I to oversee production planning and inventory control for medical device manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma with 2-5 years of experience in medical devices, strong CNC programming skills, and the ability to work independently to improve manufacturing processes.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years relevant experience in medical devices or Nitinol processing/manufacturing
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and/or electrical aptitude
- Good written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Desired Qualifications
- CNC Programming
- CAM Programming
- CNC machining and understanding of G code
- Proficient in AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks
