Job Summary
Operate machinery, assemble tubing and connectors, and package Bioprocess Containers in a cleanroom environment while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices and safety standards. Follow Standard Operating Procedures, blueprints, and drawings for assembly, material handling, and equipment operation. Use various tools including computers, measuring instruments, and pallet jacks to ensure products meet quality standards through accurate documentation and error collaboration. Participate in Practical Process Improvements activities and maintain focus on personal development through the site Technician Training Program. Perform additional duties as assigned to support business and operational needs. Work Mon - Thu 6:00am - 4:40pm in a temperature-controlled cleanroom environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk for full shift
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, push, and grasp while performing tasks
- Ability to use hand tools and equipment, including forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion
- Able to lift 50 pounds without assistance
- Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safety Standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment up to 12 hours a day with additional overtime as required
- Competency in using computers, Microsoft Office products, and inventory management systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to understand chemical safety, including interpreting labels and Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
- Ability to read and understand written materials, including words, pictures, and numbers
- Accurate counting, sorting, calculating, and measuring using tools like calculators and tape measures
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instruction Documents (WID), blueprints, and drawings
- Ability to operate machinery
- Ability to assemble tubing and connectors
- Ability to package and inspect products
- Ability to use various tools and equipment, including computers, calculators, measuring tools, assembly hand tools, Bioprocess Container machinery, and pallet jacks
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment
- Adherence to Cleanroom standards: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair, lip balm, lotion, chewing gum, acrylic nails allowed
- Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) including safety-toed boots (ASTM F2413-24), high visibility gear, safety glasses, cleanroom suit, hair/beard coverings, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs
- Ability to work Mon - Thu 6:00am - 4:40pm shift
- Ability to work in a temperature controlled environment

- Previous work experience in a cGMP environment, manufacturing, operations, production, or warehouse
