Job Summary
Operate equipment and test materials to raise product quality and profitability by running manufacturing equipment, adjusting run parameters, and assisting with equipment installation/validation. Document SPC results and write procedures in a lab and fab environment; contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with engineers and scientists, maintain safety and clean work areas, and support quality management as OLEDWorks maintains ISO9001 and IATF certifications. On-site in Rochester, with ability to stand 50% and handle lifting up to 25 lbs; use tools and machines daily; engage in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in a fabrication type environment
- Comfortable working independently and coordinating with others
- Ability to stand 50% of the time, walk, reach, bend, and lift/move boxes up to 25 lbs (and heavier with assistance)
- Ability to use tools and machines daily
- Quality and safety focused attitude
- Ability to document statistical process control, record results, and write procedures
- Experience with quality management systems (ISO9001 and IATF) is a plus
