Job Summary
Manufacturing Technician responsible for assembling, testing, and tuning subassemblies and electromechanical products. Reads assembly prints, procedures, and schematics; adheres to safety policies. Requires familiarity with basic test equipment (DMM, oscilloscope, power supplies) and completion of IPC-J-STD-001 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 cable/harness certifications. Strong electronic and mechanical aptitude with adaptiveness to a fast-paced production environment; proficient in MS Office and continuous improvement practices.
Required Qualifications
- High School or trade school diploma
- 2–4 years technical experience or military technical training
- Knowledge of basic test equipment (DMM, Oscilloscope, Power supplies)
- IPC-J-STD-001 certification
- IPC/WHMA-A-620-cable and harness assembly-certification
- Ability to read assembly prints, procedures and schematics
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong electronic and mechanical aptitude
- MS Office proficiency
