Job Summary
Operate and manage formulation, sterile filling, inspection, and packaging equipment while executing production recipes using SAP and MES systems. Perform bulk thaw, dilution, and formulation operations, including manual inspection of vials and preparation of sterile components. Assist in equipment setup, changeover, testing, repair, maintenance, and calibration, and troubleshoot production machinery as required. Adhere to plant safety policies, conduct safety audits, and maintain accurate documentation for accountability and traceability. Perform cleaning and housekeeping duties to ensure a safe working environment. Complete periodic physical examinations and work all shifts with required overtime.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years experience in the operation of complex mechanical equipment used in the washing, filling, conveying, sealing, inspection and packaging of products/containers
- Target industries include pharmaceutical, biotechnology, biomedical, electronic, and chemical, food, cosmetics, and/or other medical industries
- Computer literate, including the ability to interface with computer systems and PLC-based logic
- Comfortable working with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in the English language- reading, writing, and communication
- Must be able to work all shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd)
- Required overtime as needed
- Must pass all job related medical examinations and tests
- Must complete periodic physical examinations to identify medical conditions that pose a risk to Grade C or higher operation
