Job Summary
Roll plastic pipe onto coiling machines, tie rolls with twine, and transport bundles to staging areas while verifying finished goods meet quality standards. Cross-train into machine operation to learn new skills and report defects or improper machine operations immediately. Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds consistently and 75 pounds occasionally, standing, walking, and climbing for up to two-thirds of the workday in a loud noise environment. Requires a high school diploma, one year of manufacturing experience, and the ability to read safety rules and perform mathematical calculations. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Some work experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Familiarity with operating manufacturing equipment and machinery
- Experience in adhering to safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules
- Ability to perform some mathematical calculations
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals
- Ability to work in a loud noise environment
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and 75 pounds occasionally
- Ability to use hands and reach with hands/arms
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for up to 2/3 of the workday
