Job Summary
Operate production equipment including the Ultrasonic Cleaning Line, Printing Line, and cut-off machines while performing quality checks and incoming inspections. Identify and communicate process issues to the Production Manager and complete required quality records and inspection forms accurately. Follow all safety policies, procedures, and work instructions while maintaining a clean and organized work environment through proper housekeeping. Learn part number conventions and product specifications to support team and production goals.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- one to two years of related manufacturing experience
- training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and understand work instructions, operating procedures, and maintenance documents
- Ability to complete in-process inspection documentation accurately
- Basic math skills
- ability to perform calculations using standard formulas
- Ability to understand and follow written, verbal, and visual instructions
- Strong attention to detail
