Manufacturing Technician

Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production machinery and equipment. Monitor and adjust systems to maintain quality and productivity standards, executing preventative maintenance inspections and replenishing inventory for the Assembly Department. Provide technical support to supervisors and assemblers regarding equipment malfunctions, medical device scrap, and rework issues by diagnosing faults against SOPs and service manuals. Document all findings using GDP and GMP practices, manage asset databases, and assist Engineering teams with validation protocols and new equipment commissioning. Handle compressed gas tanks safely and coordinate with external suppliers for equipment fixtures.
