Job Summary
Operate automated thin film coating chambers by following manufacturing processes, maintaining SPC charts, and executing coating recipes with correct deposition requirements. Maintain one or more coating chambers through proper setup, foil/target changes, and operational modes while monitoring deposition data and relaying abnormalities to management. Perform cleaning, coating, and scanning stages with detailed observational and technical skills to ensure proper product performance. Handle special assignments promptly while adhering to site EHS procedures and ISO standards. Work as a team player supporting all shift activities in a demanding production environment involving constant mental and visual demands.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years manufacturing experience
- advanced education
- 2-3 years of coating manufacturing experience
- Able to lift 40lbs
- detailed observational and technical skills during cleaning, coating, and scanning stages of production
- Good manual dexterity
- Ability to handle multiple priorities involving external and internal priorities
- Ability to excel in a cross-organizational, cross cultural, global team environment
- Handle special assignments promptly and professionally
