Responsibilities include monitoring machine performance, performing basic troubleshooting, placing electronic components on boards with attention to detail, maintaining cleanliness, executing preventive maintenance, and adhering to safety requirements. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, relevant manufacturing experience, flexibility to work in various cells, and physical ability to manage lifting and mobility tasks.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
- Flexibility to work in different manufacturing work cells
- Fine and/or gross motor skills
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
