Job Summary
Troubleshoots and repairs plant production equipment; sets up a variety of production equipment; performs machining and bench operations to alter and repair tools, dies, fixtures, gauges and guarding; troubleshoots and repairs equipment; performs preventative maintenance; responsible for statistical process charting, interpretation, and trend-analysis to perform process or equipment adjustments to bring parts into specification; requires intermediate troubleshooting skills using mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge; good teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills; computer skills; ability to operate forklift; fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location; education: High School diploma; 1.5 years of technical experience.
