Job Summary
Conduct daily performance checks on equipment and scales, then weigh raw materials, mix solutions, coat lines, or slit rolls as assigned. Document process start/end times in logbooks, maintain accurate batch records, and perform required facility cleans per the master schedule. Clean and sanitize tanks, hoses, and mixing rooms after each process, package finished rolls, and complete all associated paperwork. Monitor in-process quality checks for coat weight, moisture, and thickness while ensuring an organized work area. Wear appropriate PPE when handling materials and work with personnel for task verification.
Required Qualifications
