Manufacturing Technician 2

Job Summary
Perform assigned manufacturing tasks to produce high-quality products, including assembling and aligning electro/optical/mechanical sub-systems with laser-based equipment. Conduct sub-systems alignment, calibration, functional tests, troubleshooting, and instrument final integration according to Standard Operating Procedures. Execute work order processing, final product QC, inspection, packaging, and data collection while interpreting quality data and reporting non-conformances. Coordinate with the Equipment Team for maintenance, perform inventory checks, and manage transactions in MES and ERP systems. Support Continuous Improvement, 6S, and Lean activities.
Required Qualifications
- Good verbal communication skill
- Must be able to identify different colors (yellow, blue, red & brown) for work purposes
- Experience with FDA regulated medical device manufacturing
- Awareness of compliance and safety requirements
- Ability to comprehend enquiry and provide concise information verbally
- Knowledge and skills typically acquired through previous positions in fast-paced corporate environments which involved responsibility for similar work

- Experience with WIs
- Experience with GMP
- Experience with 6S and Lean
- Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic)
