Manufacturing Technician 1

Manufacturing Technician 1 responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining conventional or CNC machines (Milling, Lathe, Surface Grinding, Shaping, Hobbing, and broaching), preparing and using measuring equipment for inspections, reading and interpreting blueprints, and maintaining orderly work areas. Must be able to perform simple machine troubleshooting, ensure quality and compliance with technical drawings, and assist the Supervisor with machine/tooling issues as needed. Requires NITEC/Higher NITEC in Precision Engineering or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience in a precision engineering environment.
