Job Summary
Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment while adhering to strict safety and quality standards. Troubleshoot mechanical issues using hand tools and measuring instruments, interpreting technical drawings and schematics as needed. Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics to ensure accurate production output. Work effectively within a team environment, communicating clearly with colleagues and utilizing basic computer skills for manufacturing software and data entry. Maintain flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as production demands require.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience with operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment
- Proven track record of adhering to safety and quality standards in a manufacturing setting
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Proficiency in using hand tools and measuring instruments
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with manufacturing software and data entry
- Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed to meet production demands
