Job Summary
Support production as assigned by Lead or Supervisor to maintain on-time delivery of customer parts and meet all quality requirements. Assist with training new employees within applicable areas and help maintain a productive work environment. Manufacture and inspect parts to customer drawings while utilizing department-related manufacturing equipment and quality tools. Proficiency with Epicor ERP or related manufacturing systems is required. This role offers a starting hourly rate between $22.30 and $27.87 with medical, dental, and vision benefits after 30 days.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED, or be currently enrolled in a program where you are working toward this goal
- Ability to read and write
- Ability to comprehend/understand/follow written and verbal instructions and all work related documents
- 1 year related experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must be proficient with department related manufacturing equipment and quality tools
- Ability to manufacture and inspect parts to customer drawings
- Experienced with Epicor ERP or a related manufacturing ERP or MRP system
- Ability to work in a team environment and interact positively with others
- Must be subject to both pre-employment drug testing and drug testing during employment, to include testing for marijuana
