Job Summary
Operate CNC machinery including mills, lathes, and gun drills while loading raw materials and monitoring for unusual sounds or vibrations. Remove finished products, deburr edges, and blend imperfections using precision measuring instruments like micrometers and dial indicators. Maintain machines, tooling, and fixtures; ensure proper housekeeping and participate in daily toolbox meetings on safety and quality. Record production quantities accurately and report defective materials or faulty operations to supervision. Conform to all operator work instructions, SOPs, and safety procedures while lifting up to 50 pounds. Work Mon/Tues/Wed 7am to 7:30pm under direct supervision as a member of the Manufacturing Division team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ability to pass the basic skills assessment in Mathematics, Metrology, Blueprint Reading, and Operator Work Instructions
- Must have a level of manual dexterity to perform all job functions
- Must be able to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protection Equipment as required by your position and/or Company policy
- Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment, to include working in and around machinery, exposure to noise and chemicals, lights/lasers, etc.

Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of prior CNC experience or related experience and/or training in a manufacturing, production, and assembly environment
- equivalent combination of education and experience necessary to fulfill the requirements of the position
- Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field
- Ability to perform as part of a team and to cooperate and work proactively with others
- Flexibility and willingness to learn new process techniques
- Great attention to detail and excellent record-keeping skills
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work under deadlines and pressure
- Demonstrated ability to recognize and work in accordance with our Company Values
