Job Summary
Assemble component parts using manual and automatic machine operation, adhering to Manufacturing Process Instructions and Quality Work Instructions. Visually and/or dimensionally inspect parts and completed assemblies for conformance to specifications, identifying and escalating quality non-conformances. Set up equipment as required, complete Device History Records per Good Documentation Practices, and may package assemblies for shipment. Maintain a safe and clean working environment while complying with all safety procedures and regulations. Participate in team activities focusing on process improvement, problem resolution, and customer satisfaction. This 2nd shift position runs Monday to Thursday from 4:15 PM to 2:45 AM with a 10% shift differential. Required Qualifications
- Adheres to Integer's Values, Behavioral Based Safety process and Integer Associate Quality Policy
- Follow written procedures to meet production and quality requirements
- Sets up equipment needed for assembly/inspection as per Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI's) and Quality Work Instructions (QWI's)
- Understands own tasks and how they relate to others on their team
- Follows Standard Work where applicable
- Assembles component parts as per print
- Utilizes both manual and automatic machine operation
- Visually and/or dimensionally inspects parts and/or completed assemblies for conformance to specifications
- Identifies and escalates quality non-conformances
- Completes required Device History Records and other manufacturing documentation per Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- May package assemblies for shipment
- Participates in team activities focusing on process/product improvement, problem resolution, and customer satisfaction
- Expands skill base through on the job training, cross training and classroom instruction
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Actively participates in flex break programs as required
- Performs other functions as required
- Available for 2nd shift position Monday to Thursday, 4:15 PM to 2:45 AM
- Ability to work in Alaska, California, Hawaii, Maine, Montana, and Washington (remote eligible restriction)
