Manufacturing Team Member Il

Manufacturing Team Member II at BD performs assembly of medical devices, machine setup and operation, and maintenance/troubleshooting of equipment. Responsibilities include complying with safety policies and GMP procedures, assembling products and sub-assemblies with various machines or hand operations, inspecting parts with gauges, meeting daily production goals, supporting inventory accuracy with Production Clerks, assisting MOB engineering (MRB investigations and ESM production), training manufacturing personnel, and participating in continuous improvement. Must be able to work flexible or extended hours, collaborate in a team, and demonstrate mechanical aptitude through testing or relevant experience. Education typically a High School Diploma or GED, with ability to read, write, perform basic math, and interpret specifications. Physical and PPE requirements include standing for shifts, lifting up to 35 lbs, and exposure to chemicals with appropriate PPE. 2nd shift: 1pm-9:30pm in Glens Falls, NY, USA.
