Job Summary
Manufacturing Team Member II performs assembly and manufacturing of medical devices, including machine setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment. Follows GMP and safety policies, assembles products and sub-assemblies using various machines or hand operations, and may perform tasks such as pressing, bonding, soldering, inspecting, and gauging parts. Drives daily production to meet goals, supports inventory accuracy with Production Clerks, assists MOB engineering with MRB investigations and ESM production, and participates in continuous improvement. Requires ability to read and interpret English specifications, perform basic math, and lift up to 35 lbs. Must be able to work in a team, rotate tasks, obtain necessary certifications, and be available for extended hours and regular attendance. Some locations may require full vaccination against COVID-19; vaccination/testing policies may apply. Personal protective equipment will be provided. This role is based in US NY - Glens Falls with 2nd shift (1pm-930pm).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year manufacturing or production experience
- Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities
- Ability to read, write, understand and follow English specifications
- Perform basic math calculations and use measuring devices/tools
- Able to lift 35 lbs and stand for long periods
- Willingness to work extended hours and different shifts
- Authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship)
- Possession of department certifications as needed for loading filters (TM II Nitinol/Denali)
