Job Summary
Operate CNC milling, grinding, induction, and assembly equipment to produce quality parts while performing routine set-ups, changeovers, and minor adjustments. Monitor production runs, inspect products using measuring tools, and troubleshoot minor machine issues by communicating defects to technical staff. Read work orders and blueprints to verify specifications and bill of materials accuracy, then report production counts, scrap, and labor hours via required logs. Comply with 6S standards and rotate across machines as needed. Requires one year of related experience, ability to read basic English, and willingness to work overtime.
Required Qualifications
- One (1) year of related experience
- Ability to learn, problem-solve, and make decisions per work instructions and documents
- Ability to communicate and work as a team member
- Ability to work overtime as needed by the company
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge in operating CNC, milling, grinding, and press operation machines
