Manufacturing Team member

Manufacturing Team Member needed to support fabrication and production operations in a hands-on metalworking setting. Responsibilities include operating laser cutting machines, setting up and operating press brakes, using saws and cutting equipment to prepare materials, assisting with fabrication, assembly, finishing, deburring, grinding, and performing basic quality checks to ensure parts meet drawings and specifications. Other duties include supporting shipping/receiving, handling inventory, and operating material-handling equipment when trained (e.g., forklifts, cranes). Emphasis on safety, maintaining an organized work area, and collaborating with the team to meet production schedules and quality goals. Qualifications emphasize mechanical aptitude, ability to learn fabrication equipment, attention to detail, ability to follow instructions and drawings, and strong teamwork and communication skills.
