Manufacturing Team Member-2nd Shift

Manufacturing Team Member on 2nd shift at the Rochelle Plant. Responsible for safely setting up, operating and adjusting metal forming equipment, performing quality checks with tape measure and micrometer, and maintaining cleanliness and safety in the work area. Helps with changeovers, tooling changes, and completing quality paperwork. Trains helpers, works in a team environment, and assists maintenance as needed while following PPE and Lockout procedures and maintaining overall housekeeping and safety standards.
